Wood Law makes it easy. Most people start by calling the firm. During the call, we’ll ask you a few questions to understand your needs. Then we’ll give you a list of the information we’ll need to proceed. If you use e-mail, we’ll send you a message with the necessary details.

Considering the highly personal nature of caring for an elderly loved one, many people prefer to meet face-to-face. We can schedule an office visit where we have installed safety guards to make it easy to safely interact. We can also meet using a video call if you prefer.

We’ll take the time to understand what challenges you face and use our knowledge and experience to give you the guidance you need to move forward confidently.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies per service. A Miller Trust is usually $500, a quitclaim deed is about $125, and a power of attorney is under $100. When you contact us, we can give you a more precise estimate for your needs.

My loved one needs long-term care but can’t afford it, what should I do?
